to incorporate Interval Training into your workouts to improve well-being 
as well as achieving weight loss goals.
 
Less IS More!  People are finally catching on that less exercise can be more!  I have been talking about this for a while now & teaching anyone who will listen all about the benefits of Interval & Complex TrainingA recent study in the Journal of Physiology found that 20 minutes of high intensity interval training provides the same benefits of longer exercise sessions that focused on endurance training. Stay tuned for more exciting information on Interval Training.

Classes are a fast, effective way to get a full-body workout using a fusion of the following exercise techniques:

Targets the Core Muscle Group including abdominals, lower back, gluts & hip flexors through high intensity, low impact pilates & strength exercises

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & Complexes - guaranteed to get your sweat on.  You'll be gasping for air, all while shreding unwanted fat and increasing your endurance!  
 
• METABOLIC STRENGTH•
Moving seamlessly between Strength exercises maintains elevated heart rate resulting in fat loss & a stronger, toned body.  Bodyweight and weights used throughout this modality.
