Classes are a fast, effective way to get a full-body workout using a fusion of the following exercise techniques:

• HARD CORE •

Targets the Core Muscle Group including abdominals, lower back, gluts & hip flexors through high intensity, low impact pilates & strength exercises 

• TRX SUSPENSION •

BODY weight training utilizing a system developed by U.S. Marine Seals & used by elite athletes 

• BOOTY BOOST •

All movements are geared to lift your booty so you can pass the Pencil Test!

• INTERVALS & COMPLEXES•

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & Complexes - guaranteed to get your sweat on. You'll be gasping for air, all while shreding unwanted fat and increasing your endurance!

• METABOLIC STRENGTH•

Moving seamlessly between Strength exercises maintains elevated heart rate resulting in fat loss & a stronger, toned body. Bodyweight and weights used throughout this modality.
